Siren Elise Wilhelmsen

Everyone agrees that time flies when you’re having fun, I guess not so much during the slow, repetitive process of knitting.  Siren Elise Wilhelmsen has created what I imagine is the world’s first knitting clock.  It records time into a tangible and delightfully comfortable being, a scarf.  Slowly revolving on its 48 needles, the 365 Day Clock will, over the course of a year, produce a scarf over 6 feet long.  It really is a beautiful way to record the passing of time into something sentient.
