Jinhee Kim

Hey, that’s a pretty cool camera, but can it make it’s own rubber stamp? Hell yeah it can!  Jinhee Kim has designed Stamp.y, the world’s first digital camera that formats each picture into a rubber stamp.  Just take the picture, snap off the LCD backplate, press on the ink pad and you’ve got a single color stamp.  Sure, it’s completely niche market, but what an ingenious concept if not terribly unilateral.   Not very pocket friendly either.

Not in production just yet, but after seeing how polaroid went under with their mini-sticker cam I don’t know how eager any manufacturers will be to pick this up.
